At SNEAKERSNSTUFF, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your unworn sneakers and apparel within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
